drivers door and push the pedal with your right hand while watching the slave cyl. If the system is bled properly and the arm is extending then you have other problems.
Before you adjust the pedal make sure you check the pivot pin and bushing of the clutch pedal. There's a plastic bushing that will wear out. When the bushing wears out the pedal will ride on the metal pin and wear a groove in it. This small amount of play adds up to a lot of slop in the pedal that even with the pedal adjusted all the way out, will still leave you just short of a tight pedal.
